การพัฒนาบุคลากรเป็นสิ่งที่ทางบริษัทวีบีแอล (ประเทศไทย)จำกัด
ได้ให้ความสำคัญและมีการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้บุคลากรมีความรู้ความสามารถ

กับการใช้งานหรือ Application , การเลือกใช้ การติดตั้ง และการดูแลรักษา Tooling,
มาตรฐานการทำงานและระบบต่างๆ ของโรงงาน OETIKER ซึ่งมีการควบคุมระบบที่เป็น
มาตรฐานเหมือนกันทุกโรงงานทั่วโลก ซึ่งทาง OETIKER อินเดียนับเป็นโรงงานที่ได้มาตรฐาน
สากลตามที่บริษัทแม่ที่ประเทศสวิตเซอร์แลนด์กำหนด และมีผลงานโดดเด่นในช่วง 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา
